The reception office is open from 9am-9pm. Guests arriving outside these hours need to sendcheck-in documents before arrival. The keys will be given from our security guard.

We cannot check-in a guest in the accommodation without the signed agreement.

Registration form (terms - house rules acceptance form) will be signed by the host and the guest confirming these terms on arrival. A copy of the guests passports is kept securely during the stay and destroyed on departure. The guests personal details are kept securely and are not shared with third parties as defined by the GDPR regulation and the local laws and policies.
